After 3 and a half years, still no contact from NovaStor about their NovaBackup issues. They have seen this website for that entire period of time and have yet to reach out to try to make things right. I am out nearly $600 with them after we had to abandon their NovaBackup for Windows Server software and they did not care to take care of the issue or give me a refund after they blatantly said it would not restore to non-same hardware down to the serial number (including the hard drives). That defeats the point of a backup because hard drive failure is the most common reason for restore. And the kicker is Windows Backup works fine so I think they are full of crap on that anyway and it just does not work regardless of hardware. We continue to use Windows Backup, but had to spend more money on larger hard drives to hold the backup because we wanted the compression in Nova Backup to save space.
Anyway, this site is still active, just not much to post since NovaStore Customer Service and Support do not care about their customers and the blatant technical issues with their product. So buyer beware of this crummy company.
